Cradock specifically has always been eclectic, but never did I feel unsafe during the day until the last two years.  

Not to continuously ask for advice, but if you happen to know any good ones for this particular niche, I’d love a recommendation.

Don't worry about what the contractor thinks or says, you have to make your own decision and they don't know your business and all the specifics you have to consider.

I'am considering these states as property tax and tax are low in the states and my husband did his graduation from Arizona and Nevada is closer to where i live and North Carolina is in my mind without any specific reason:) .

For the BRRRR Bootcamp, there is time dedicated in the first few weeks to understand what the BRRRR Strategy is, but then it will be more concentrated on the specific topics you mention above in the curriculum.

Is there any particular reason why you are looking at PHX or Tucson specifically? 

also determine what niche.. keep in mind 85% of agents all do the same thing basically  sell sfr s   there are many niche's in RE..
