Most wholesalers that have gone through the expense and the stress of locating, negotiating and inking a deal arent too excited to hand over half their profit to someone else if they can just as easily find a buyer themselves and make 100% of their fee.

Often times the far drive is relaxing, however it can also at times be quite stressful due to the nature of being in the military.All of that being said, I’m curious of this VA streamline refinance in the event that it was an option for me to rent.

Having an emergency fund made this much less stressful...now sense I have stable W2 job I could have probably survived this with taking on credit card debt....but then I would had to dig out from under that.

@Patrick BrittonThanks for the response I think you are spot on and rightly point out the stress appraisers are under in today's condition, which I did not fully appreciate. 

these sellers are already stressed enough than to add more pain to their day.
