That is not their job. 

My goal would be to plant a seed in peoples' minds that "Hey, my neighbor needs to get rid of his property...I'll give him Brock's info!" 

Do a good job communicating when there were issues out of your control that delayed it?

I do have a job but it doesn't pay well.

Only thing is, some contractors do not want to wait to get paid, they want down payment upfront plus may not want to wait for inspector to release draw to them during the job.

He came here to work a short term job.
