There are at least a thousand posts on this website about them you could search.

I read a great article on the BiggerPockets.com blog a few months ago, and can’t seem to bring it up in my search now.

That said, depending on the investments you are making, your prticipation in those invsments, or the type of business you are running, it *could be* more beneficial to do so through an LLC.I say *could be* because you can tax the LLC as an S or C Corp. depending on how the tax bill shakes out, a Corp may make sense in certain situations.Brandon, I have searched and haven't found a clear answer.

If they have an online archive you may be able to search the address there.

Just a tip when wanting to tag someone type in the "@" button followed by the letters in their name that way they are notified when you reply because if not they will never know!

If you take the time to listen to podcasts, read the blogs, and search the forums, just about any questions you can think of will be answered.
