I have pretty detailed plans, and considering I used nearly identical details from previously permitted plans, this structure will be as sound as the next.

It permits a person with a disability to submit a request for a reasonable accommodation to maintain an assistance animal in a dwelling.

Buy in your desired area with a fully permitted legal secondary unit, ( eg:basement conversion).

Garage doors  12 to 16 weeks out and customs can be 6 months.3. appliances  we have to order those when we get the building permit months out  ( although you can drop into home depot for one off)4.

If it is listed and zoned as a single family, underwriting will want to see the permits to legally change it to multi-family. 

If you’re looking at San Pedro or Ambergris Caye I would make sure you understand water, sewer and golf carts infrastructure and permitting.
