I am hoping to network & connect with trusted wholesalers in North Jersey who have multi-families.

Unless your an investor in a large syndication or a REIT that owns several MHC's and can dollar cost average the bad ones from the good ones I'd proceed with caution.The photos below are a project I'm currently working on in Leucadia, Calif, a funky little North San Diego beach community.

I'm in North County San Diego so I think BRRR works for Oceanside, Vista, Escondido, and similar priced areas.

I'd highly recommend looking just north of Los Angeles County.  

For the flippers out there in north jersey, how do you find your properties?

North Texas investor minded realtor hunt.

Have a 5-6 month RV trip to Alaska the pacific north coast and 20 National parks starting this June with my wife and kids.

I'm looking to invest in areas north of Atlanta (Cumming, Dawsonville, Gainesville, etc).  

So if you have a time frame of several years you might consider some of the border areas with upside potential (not so decent areas of Avondale, Crestwood north closer to Woodlawn).
