On the negative end, you run the risk that your tenant prefers to live with seemingly minor issues (e.g. pipe leaks) rather than call you to have an appropriate repair accomplished, in which case you could end up with extensive (and expensive) longer-term repair costs, such as water damage.I'm interested in some sage advice from those of you having experience applying a tenant deductible...good or bad.

I know it's hard to offer such service of mentoring because in some cases the mentee is looking for the get rich quick, but there are some us who are looking for the real deal which makes it hard to find a good mentor.I for one is looking for a mentor and I know time is valuable so I will not negatively impact anyone's time as I don't want to waste mine.

Whether they will admit it or not, people who want to interact with you will be negatively affected by a grammatically error filled profile.I'm not saying you should have the world's best write up, I'm just saying that it would be very beneficial if you didn't have any grammatical errors in your profile.
