Hey everyone, my current situation is this,  my brother owns a used car dealership in Phx,az since 2012, i worked for him till about 2015, then till currently buy vehicles at a dealer auctions , used to advertise on m y own and the dealer lot but in 2020 got tired of dealing with all the Bs it involves dealing with customers and now i advertise and leave my vehicles in the dealer lot and let the sales men sell my vehicle, all i have to do is take care of cars that need attention and collect my check when a vehicle is sold.Gotta say its a petty sweet deal because i have a lot of ME time, im not wealthy but do okay , im guessing real estate involves a lot of networking and talking to people lol.
