I have been wholesaling seriously since March of this year.

Owner said the dog was well behaved, never had any problems.In March of this year a Pit Bull killed a three week old girl in Michigan.

I apologize if you see this post twice.about a month ago, i signed a purchase agreement with a builder for a house to be built and completed by Feb/March 2018.

So 2017 rolled around i got serious started looking at homes and closed on March 31st .

I have to wait until I have a job for a solid year before I can get a bank to give me a loan but while I have to wait I'm working on credit, I went from a 535 to a 647 from March 2017 to August 1st 2017 I'm hoping to be close to a 700 by beginning of 2018 when I will have my job for a whole year.

I bought my first house March 2016 with a FHA loan.

Some thoughts floating around in my head.......I realize the market isn't going to stay hot forever so If I do keep it as a rental I would eventually flip the property in a year to a year and a half and sell somewhere in March or April.

I decided to get into real estate investing around March 2017.
