Before I purchase an insurance policy I wanted to seek some guidance on the best way to proceed.I received 1 quote so far for a HO3 policy that has 600k+ of dwelling coverage, 70k of additional structure, 450k personal property, 200k loss of use, 500k liability, and a few extras like equipment breakdown, water backup, service line.

Most truly individual private money lenders don't love construction for a number of reasons: - Time horizon on these projects is too long and the project itself highly speculative - Most construction loans are non-dutch, meaning you pay only on what funds are released and PMLs don't like having to earmark additional funds that aren't deployed and aren't earning a monthly interest on

I dont mean to be blunt here but these all feel like questions that your agent should be giving you guidance on since they know the details of the purchase, the comps, the interest rates, the projections for your investment etc.

I like a having a list of forums I like the most but my inbox is getting destroyed from all the notifications that someone posted a new thread.What I would love to do is turn off email notifications for certain followed forums and leave it on for one or two.Or an idea for BP is if you could set it to send one email a day or every few hours with links to all the posts in your followed forums :)
