I mean with me being newer into the market and industry, I wanted to get my feet on the ground with local deals and local experience with a surrounding area and market I’m familiar with.

IF that is the case, pick on where the rent is low and that solves one of your problems.you should be able to find out what your local laws are online.

It seems like even the newer units are renting 2 bed for 1100 - max 1200- Do you manage properties locally or from a far?
