You can determine the financial goals by taking the formula for every 50 leads you will have 20 motivated sellers and out of those 20 yow will make 5 offers and 1 should either be accepted or countered.I hope this helps but keep listening to these creative podcasts.

Good afternoon Stephen Dickey ,If you’re willing to work with an agent, look up any listing in your area on Zillow, redfin, realtor, etc... the 2-3 agents who come up on that listing should be receiving several buyer leads per day.

One thing that I haven't seen anybody mention is that the actual millennial generation is substantially smaller than the baby boomer generation is I watched a YouTube video making the argument that it wasn't millennials refusing to buy houses that was going to be a future problem for speculation builds but the fact that they're just weren't as many millennials available to buy or rent at all.
