If the lot is large and you don't mind animals, you could also rent the space on Sniff Spot.The alternative would be to build an in-law suite but that would be a much, much more expensive route.

Will depend on several factors like the type of property, type of tenants, your risk tolerance, other assets you own, your estate planning, laws where the property is located, etc.Any lawsuits would be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced).

I write up a deed or in these cases involving multiple contesting parties, I will get a lawyer to make the deed.As always, I am full disclosure on my dealings in regards to tax deed and their limitations without quiet title action lawsuits.
