It generally works itself out but it adds a layer of complexity that is less in a single family home: Negotiating a good neighbor fence with the property owner of the rental house next door can be a pain, but, (short of an aggressive s dog in one yard or the other), it is generally less intense than a neibor's bathtub leaking into your unit, or vice versa.

REI can be capital-intensive, and my debt is higher than I ever would have allowed it to go in the past, but it's funding investments that produce net gains.

I listened to it yesterday, but I believe that he is testing out a new software and wanted the pro members to be the test dummy's.

Statistically both rooming house and C-D tenant base are much higher management intense.

To do so, you MUST test different marketing pieces to find out what works best for YOUR target prospect group.

It's also cheaper than hardwood and cheaper and less labor intensive than tile.  

Looks like it just takes a 12 hour class and passing a test to meet the requirements in Wisconsin then passing a test.

I understand wholesalers/flippers find many deals through direct mailing and other more intensive searches, but would appreciate a nudge on where my time would be best spent looking for my first property.I would also like to note that I have my financing already configured and am fortunate enough to not necessarily need to worry about it at this stage, most of my concerns come from what is listed above.Thank you for reading!
