My point is, don't get discouraged if you call 100 people on this list and basically their overall response is "great good for you that you have a deal"  I think a lot of investors miss this part that they are actually communicating with human beings and PS they don't know you.You should approach these people with a very humble message.  

However, there is usually 10% of human interaction that is needed.

No human would believe that it was "all cash" offer if it needed a 60 day close, but big banks are stupid and not comprised of humans.

Please know that I am a Realtor now but oh there is so much to know besides just the numbers and each project is as different as there are individual human beings.

These houses where owned by the Housing Coalition, and they wanted out.We had units covered in human feces, people living in spaces with drywall missing with food and beer bottles stuffed in them.

When I do find a contractor, I typically find one who makes a mistake (we are all human & sometimes there are communication issues).  

You have taken every single factor and analyzed it like it's an alien specimen that contains the key to human immortality.

As humans we don’t like change, but being aware of why you feel this friction and knowing something good is coming from it helps you preserver.
