Hello BP Community,I was wondering if any property owners in the Grays Ferry area could share any info on the health of the rental market in the area.

My wife and I currently travel for work as health professionals. 

Often due to non-payment as soon as their benefits run out, and other times due to drug and alcohol abuse or mental health issues. 

The lines I’d pay attention to are the aqua and orange lines; these are the more average home range and are better indicators of the health of the market.We saw month supply creeping up over the last few months, but now it seems stable.

The dog has been there for a few weeks and I just received the recommendation letter and also the letter from a licensed mental health professional in the area that has been seeing my tenant for over a year in a half.Papers stated my tenant has 3 mental Illnesses in the DSM. 

The standard pet fees and any applicable lease violation fees will apply if Resident(s) are found not to be in compliance with ESA Certification requirements as follows: ESA Certification requires diagnosis from a local mental health professional.

Fast forward to now, I double majoring in Construction Management & Occupational Health and Safety, along with a minor in Business Management.

However, as someone who travels a lot and is always researching, reading and trying to look at things through a different view, I think the area is amazing but not enough to be top 5.Raleigh/Charlotte has huge potential and is ever expanding in both the health care industry and technology sector. 

You want to address the issue since mice could ruin electrical wiring, dry wall, pose health hazards, etc. 

Since you are dealing with health insurance it depends on you and your family’s needs and expected heath expenditures and the plan you are enrolled in or choose.
