Ive thought about water efficient toilets and aerator faucets and shower heads.

I found myself in that head-space and almost made a bad decision on a home that ended up needing an 80k foundation repair, and a lot of people found themselves in that head-space in 2007.

I know that it's also often the case that older seasoned investors get really excited about enthusiastic young folks getting a head start on their REI journey, and are more than happy to help them along … I hope you encounter more of that in the future!

This may seem like a silly question, but there is surprisingly very little literature that answers this question head-on : my spouse and I bought an apartment abroad, that we will rent out once we have put it in rentable condition.

Wait till you get that dreaded  call at night .. you head over there and see they crapped in it till it’s heaped  up over the seat just full of steaming stinking feces .But it’s still worth it even then .
