Friend of mine told me that the HOA fees with a condo of his includes utilities such as sewer, garbage, and water.

This morning my alarm clock woke her up (through the walls and ceiling as her bedroom is a floor above mine) and I was 'too slow' to turn it off so she barged into my private bedroom just as I was hitting the button. 

Mine fall into 3 general categories:1.)

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

(serving people, or increasing your value- i think i am more into helping others increase their value than mine, but learning on the way) also whether its single family or multifamily, learning best and most you can would be helpful to those who have money, wanting to invest, and trust you would be a key.
