@Mordchai Lunger one of the biggest fallacies is that RIA's are non profit they are a for profit enterprise just like any guru or educator.. you have to pay dues. and here they are doing nothing more than a guru spin.I would want to talk to those that paid the dough and they actually funded deals for and not just a few.I personally do all my deals in a JV format just like this only I usually don't take 50% I usually take less.. and I never charge up front..
