After your friend/friends has/have gone through the fridge and eaten her food and gone through her personal effects a few times times and listened to loud music while was trying to sleep, I think she would probably want to leave.

I know the financial planners (insurance sales people) will disagree, but selling insurance is how they put food on the table, so you can't blame them.

They are very inexpensive, low maintenance and can potentially provide a food forest/garden for the tenants.
