I'm looking at small condos downtown Denver and was wondering what everyone's opinions are on long term tenants VS the Airbnb model?

The S&L crisis was FAR worse in terms of CRE default rates and price declines than 2008 (I literally built a pitch deck breaking this all down last week so I have dozens of Excel models and graphs to prove this occurs every 10-15 years or so). 

My role would be to help the company expand its development model (small boutique multifamily) into other markets. 

Indianapolis is a great spot to be investing right now - we primarily work with out-of-state lenders and assist with connecting folks to the right lenders for their ROI model.

The other strategy is to find partners to invest with you via a joint venture or syndication model.

A great agent should be able to understand your goals, your business model, and even add value or other angles to that model.

You are basically adding an additional layer of complexity to your existing business model. 

In an ideal situation, assuming the usual syndication model, one would, theoretically, have to have the same LPs invest in the newer deal with the same sponsor i.e. practically impossible. 

Get model number on the machine and check the installation guide to make sure it is properly installed for things like venting and clearance around when operating.
