Where are people sourcing their lists of addresses to send to?

I, personally, am obsessed with old house details and hate all the flips where people tear out original 1920s bathrooms and replace them with particle board vanities, builder grade fixtures, and cheap Home Depot tile. 

If it’s just a shell and you’re going to build it out, I can’t imagine getting a permit anywhere without engineer/architect signed and sealed drawings (blueprints) that detail electrical, plumbing, walls, load bearing calculations, etc.

Louis City Hall, as that's the only address I gave it.

He mentioned 5.5 or 5.7 or something like that - it went by quick and I didn't catch it because he promised to get back to me with more detail.

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.
