When are you going to come to the light, and start dispelling all the myths that are used to promote this topic rather than defending the dark side??

Ryan Dossey  I am pretty sure I put the roof on ... but the guy who I sold it too and flaked out he did the demo work... it was weird he put a decent down payment and I think he made 4 payments then went totally dark...

I sat through a mind numbingly boring 2 1/2 hour meeting, shadowing a buyer's agent, just to learn one thing.

Rentals are stuck in the dark ages as the market generally cannot afford more than the 1-2% annual increases that people receive.

Ive been listening to the podcast, reading, and shadowing investors for a while now just trying to learn as much as i can.

Find someone in your market here on BP or elsewhere, reach out, show genuine interest and just ask if there's anything they need done and if you could shadow them on a deal.

Fast forward to 2015, I've been lurking and trolling in the shadows of BP for a few months now.
