I'd be interested in knowing if they are relatively easy to rent.I know the Vernal market is volatile and reliant on the success of local oil operations.

Those of us with a smaller, local portfolio of units have them running like a well oiled machine- so it may seem like it is about the money, but it is really about the risk of bringing in an outsider who will fubar our machine.
