Wisconsin just changed the law recently stating that we can throw away, sell, burn, donate, do whatever we want with the vast majority of items left behind (minus motor vehicles and medical stuff).

After a couple of years we carried out an energy efficiency retrofit and added a second bath along with 2-more bedrooms.

Because it would take a lot of time, work, and energy to try and contact them, and figure all of that out... 

I work a full time job as a building commissioning agent, essentially working on commercial energy projects and new construction.  

Certain communities such as Midland or Odessa are seeing a measurable slow down in growth and, IMHO, will see a decline if energy prices stay at or below current levels.

That's the kind of energy and motivation it takes to get started. 

@Anthony Cennami Welcome.My insurers usually say no Stoves or Trampolines, they also want pictures of the heating system and under all the sinks.However in New Hampshire, Pellet/Wood burning stoves seem important.
