Bathrooms have windows in the shower.

Looking at the two bathrooms, one looked like it could use updating so that looked fine.

The kitchen and bathrooms were a different story and a real mouse paradise.Most items were without real value like tons of Christmas decoration from the 90s still packaged and with the label for $5.

Is there a bathroom or other water using fixture above your picture of the bathroom with the ceiling down?  

For example I put a towel folded nicely and a soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Is that a McDonald's bathroom off I95?

Folks gets to break a lease because they don't like the color of the paint in the bathroom?

I had an inspection done before purchase and the home inspector was amazed at the condition of the home (for a foreclosure) and the price I bought it for, so it's in great shape (structurally and mechanically).It needed some freshening up inside (paint, carpet, bathrooms etc) but it was decently livable and I was happy with the deal (knowing the potential for my future plans). 

Yes, my time is valuable and no where in the lease does it say that I am responsible for removing your hair from a clogged bathroom drain (one example).

It's a 4 plex so there could be 4 people in the bathroom at once, but not likely.
