I post regularly at least a little something on my social medias that I found helpful or informative, a lot of times it's a quote with a link to the source I heard or read it from, hoping it might hit someone who needs or wants to see it.A lot of people I listen to say that you should limit your connections with anyone who is going to actively try and stand in your way or hold you back from your goals.Having formerly been a millennial far-left socialist and thus most of my friends also aligning with those views, many of my friends grew a grotesque disgust for me and try quite often to tear me down, tell me I will never succeed or come up with reasons or excuses as to why they think I am trying to exploit, enslave, manipulate, abuse people etc.

Hey Scott - if you are doing out of state you really need to align with a realtor (or someone you has their own rentals/experience) that can walk you thru as much detail as possible and let you know what truly needs to get done.
