Was curious about the process and possibility of securing a rental via a hard money loan and refinancing out of it within a month.

The Casino money plus insightful decisions by the City Council are leading this area as it resurges.

Granted you could do it yourself and save close to half that.A PM can save you money by giving you the right suggestions for unit turnovers to increase the rent and yield more. 

Short term rentals seem to be the only way to have a positive cashflow after keeping aside money for repairs, CapEx, vacancy, etc. and still have a decent CoC return.What do people here think? 

But I would not waste the money on that unless you need to retain them for an eviction.
