Hey All, I am purchasing a friends property in Cleveland, OH with a wraparound mortgage (my first time doing this) and I was wondering if anyone can refer a lawyer/title company that can assist with this please.

Any suggestions are welcome.Info: Seller owns the multifamily house  outright and has owned it for 40 years. 

Working at one of my parks all day today and took a lunchbreak to visit a neighboring park that had been purchased four years ago by an out of state private equity group with out of state management.  I was shocked.  ...

The only other option is to buy it as an investment property, but the rates are 1.5% more with 20% down, or 1% more with 25% down and 1 point.Was wondering if maybe anyone had any experience with this?

I am wondering who some good lenders would be in MD.

I am aiming for a home between 150-250k, which i can afford if all hell breaks loose, at a 5% conventional 30 year term loan (unless a lender or someone else can suggest me a better loan) My question is what are the minimum requirements for obtaining such a home (capital wise, credit score wise, salary wise) Who can i specifically talk to for these numbers and help me understand tenant demand, areas, and more specific information about my market?

If anyone has any insight or suggestions on whether to obtain lending from Canadian or American Banks it would be greatly appreciated.Also my wife is an American citizen.

If you want to go down the STR road, I'd suggest making sure the property pencils as an MTR/LTR as a back plan.
