There are professional contractors who suck at it!  

I'm currently living in an apartment inside the loop and was looking for duplexes to house hack, but quickly realized it's hard to find anything worthwhile in the areas young professionals want to live.

We developed really nice loft apartments rented by qualified professionals with rents near the top of the MSA sub-market we were in.   

this is just the real estate version of the Nigerian prince scheme we have all seen over the years... they use BP   Linkdin  facebook  to troll for those that ask for money then respond.. and believe me it works with not only newbies but real estate professionals as well.. some of the better scammers are pretty good at this.I suggest you watch this one episode on American Greed.. its was on Remmington financial.. and you can see how pervasive fake lenders are ..

For example, if you can prevent the nightmare tenant, you avoid--well-- nightmares (like real ones, where you lose sleep or wake up worried how the eviction will play out or toss and turn wondering if the non-paying tenants are trashing your place; you drift off imagining them doing nefarious things under dim lamps with bunson burners and beakers amid a pile of trash surrounded by half feral pit bulls resting on dirty mattresses)...

I've written to her and tried to request *address service* on that letter since that same lien hasn't been paid in the last couple of years.I'm guessing my best course is to consult a legal professional but I'm trying to get as much leg work done ahead of time.MY QUESTION: If I'm able to make contact with any of the 'next of kin' for either party, is it possible that one of the parties can claim 'adverse possesion' and claim rights if I cannot get both entities together on the deal?

All rooms have permanent stains from urine and other things in multiple spots that a professional cleaning service could not remove. 

Once again you build a database and get marketing.From here word of mouth will keep you busy unless you do a crap job of course :-).Lastly I have been sent LOTS of clients from the professionals I work with.
