I would say get your own license your better off, but thats a good question, First thing I would do is check their record with the state than ask them how many properties have they helped buyer close.

It's public record and I go once a week to the court house in the probate department and ask for the recent probate cases for the past seven days.

. :) Yes, that is true enough.But my general point, which I realize I have made before and may be being a bit of a broken record about, is that state laws vary and a whole lot of advice on BP is not good, simply because it assumes that the law in the advisee 's state is the same as in the adviser's state.And Randy is quite right that many landlords appear to believe that their lease language is magic, and always controls, when that is not true at all.

I have great credit 800+ score, my problem is, I was involved in a financial crime in 2013 and am going to court for it now, but by the time I move to this duplex, I will most likely be convicted and have a felony on my record, now the mobile home is in a different state, does anybody know if mobile home parks run state background checks or nationwide?

finding out who the owner is is easy. look on the county site to see where the taxes are sent. taht is a good address to send a letter saying "i would like to buy your property.". also the recorders website will have a copy of the deed and mortgages, if any, on the property.i have a question for you taht i have been wondering. maybe the other people that will respond can explain. what is the difference between flipping and wholesaling?
