There truly are really good turnkey providers, and the great ones will have reviews here on BP from actual investors.  

You can also search Google and read reviews.

It's in pretty decent shape, but the complex that the condo is located in does not have the best reviews (3.2 stars), to be exact.

The primary reason for hiring them was to free up my time, but that didn't happen, in fact I spent more time reviewing their financials and answering their questions than I did managing myself.So, what do I wish managers did: actually manage the property correctly and efficiently.  

Aside from that I suppose you can ask them if they have reviews from prior clients - that should be a good indicator of what your experience might be like with them.
