It is bad enough when people lie to others but when they claim to be a man/woman of God and they take advantage of people like this it really sickens me :goofy:

I've been reading the lengthy "truth about wholesaling" forum post, my god its a read, and there is so many ideas floating around in there that are lost because the post is sooooo long.One post by @Stinson Bland brought up the idea of pros, NOT GURU'S, taking a wholesaler under their wing.

Every once in a while....we have evictions, but thank God...not often (we had 2 in the last year 2 years)...those usually leave the property needing more than 2 weeks turnover.

The main benefit is the dichotomy between the LLC and you....If, god forbid, you were to buy a really bad house or the market crash again or you get sued by a tenant, only the LLC assets would be on the line...not yours.

You have a god eye and I think you are headed to great places Preston !!

Thank god we had the funds in escrow and refused to send them anywhere until litigation ended, or I think the tenants would have been out the money, long spent by the owner.

For now, I am donating my resources(dump trucks, heavy equipment, manpower) and letting God figure out from there how or if I can help.
