Lenders look for "warrantable" condos; that is condominium project with features that lenders view as favorable in terms of their risk exposure on loans secured by individual condo units.Also, be sure to check comps to make sure it will appraise.Brandon Turner is right - you might need to make a lot of phone calls.Continued success!
