What strategy are you looking to use?

I think less about exit strategy and more how you will pivot. 

We aim to start with flipping houses to build capital for more significant future investments.The high cost of properties in Sydney is challenging ($2M), so we are considering exploring a more distant but cheaper market.Is it a reasonable strategy for first-time investors?

Hi Jacob - I have a network of partners from financing to tax strategy, REI coaching, etc...who can help answer a lot of these questions and get you some guidance. 

Definitely need some guidance and strategies on how to get the ball rolling.

I am 55 yrs old and would like to increase my cash flow to ensure a more stable retirement . . .We all know SF rentals are a "slow but sure" way, so I am considering leaving that strategy.
