Just be careful if you venture outside the city as I have often times seen these be deemed an illegal unit in a lot of the near suburbs and then they have to be removed on the new owner's dime.

Curt,I am struck by your post because if you truly deliver an experience that cannot be duplicated no client would want to venture elsewhere.You are actually the only element of the business that cannot be replicated.
