You probably will not get HVAC, electric or plumbing experience, but probably roofing, siding, windows, cabinets, flooring, wall builds and painting (some of it depends on your local habitat as some work will be contracted out).

Outside of that, there is a million reasons people buy insurance and business owners, such as yourself, require their customers to carry insurance.

I agree that seasoning is a frustrating policy and believe a better solution would be KYC (know your customer), track record and relationship based.

When we purchase the property we will be renovating all of the units 100% so new applicances, kitchen, windows, doors, cabinets, bathrooms and balconies.
