I am researching a mobile home park and it appears that there is an opportunity to connect the park to city water and city sewer.  

The PM had an AC company come out that wants to charge me $5,000 to replace the entire AC system.

Just gotta figure out the system a bit to maximize things at the limit, but that's why I try to help, so the next guy can see how easy it really is ;)

I have been told by certain agents that a Lagoon is the next best thing to city water and sewer. 

While Caterpillar, Raytheon, and Amazon have garnered much attention as they start or expand operations in Tucson, less attention has been given to companies like Vector Space Systems, Home Goods, Hexagon Mining, Comcast and Ernst & Young which collectively will bring 2,500 jobs and over $1.5 billion of economic impact to the local economy.

I'm going to build in the cost of a PM because when I move out I already want a system in place.

Even with my systems in place and contractors that I have a (semi-new yet good) relationships with, flipping or rehabbing a project that size is a full time job that comes with plenty of headaches.

Get good systems in place and make sure your processes are solid and you should be fine.  

Evening BP Family, Will the infrastructure from a mobile home park (water and electrical) typically be the same quality if I want to convert the park to a single family neighborhood and built?
