You still need to have a valid reason for not renting to a person - not just that they have kids.

Go to your favorite flooring store and ask for the commercial warranty. 10 Years or less.

.- We take a photo of the individuals driver license to ensure they are the ones renting/making a payment- We confirm through text message from a validated number of that tenant that they in fact did make a payment on credit card if its doneOur lease language notes that rent is non-refundable.

Of course, it can be almost impossible to validate any rents the seller claims they collected in cash.

How do you know if they are valid or not?
