This makes it very difficult to qualify for an exception as it would be challenging/impossible to rent out as a "long term rental" - which I can't quite tell what is defined as.Any thoughts on strategies or ideas on how to deal with this, aside from simply selling and getting out?

I would add that the strategy of bidding lower than total debt has been successfully challenged in many districts if the servicer goes after the borrower for a deficiency later.

Account Closed Seems like a bit much for a 95 unit, unless there was a great deal of uniqueness to each unit, or massive amounts of landscaping and other 15-year property.
