You can see whether payments are made, on what date, for how much, etc.

Also if it is a 30/360 for 365 day amortization that can provide different payments. 

But generally, if the payment is always made on time, there isn't often a problem.Are there numerous reasons payments end up being late, there are.And have irate sellers been known to contact their lender after a few months and demand they be taken off the loan?
