From the seller and the listing agent's view, 1-4 unit properties are valued with a market approach.

Or do you have a different approach to financing?

If it is the latter, then in my mind I'm thinking that realtors would want to work with wholesalers.But I keep hearing about this bad stigma between realtors and wholesalers and I'm trying to figure out how I can approach one as an aspiring wholesaler.
