@Heath Ryans thank you for the response back and my ideas are to invest in 3 or 4 unit homes, rent them out and have my tenants pay the mortgage and make profit..I want to do this flip multiple times and use my profit towards my long term goal which is to own a restaurant and own the property also use this profit to rebuild a orphanage that my grandfather started in Haiti and give those kids opportunities

If you've never done a deal before, I usually suggest new investors go do at least 1 first, to make sure this is something you want to do because spending money on forming an LLC then letting it go dormant and then administratively shut down is a waste.
