Hi, I’m trying to rent my apartment in bucktown and move to another apartment.

For the month of August 2024, they are saying that they have hardship and want me to use the money they paid as security deposit (2X rent).Legally, am I required to use security deposit towards rent when they are delinquent or can I move forward with eviction process?

It’s been a while since I’ve posted - quick update:- Purchased condo in 08/2021, fixed it up and it’s been fully leased since 11/2022- Purchased 2 unit in 10/2022, currently living in one unit and renting the otherI’ve gotten my feet wet, bumped my head, learned a lot - but ready to add to my portfolio.

I know for a fact that this property can bring in over $2000 in rent, possibly even close to $3000.

Generally, ifthey couldn't pay the taxes, they can't pay rent.

Regarding multifamily insurance it varies greatly the price depending on the number of doors, age, and location.

While located in PA, I've been doing research on the pros and cons of this.

So is this forum located in north korea?
