@Marvin Spears,You are on a site that will prove far more valuable to you than any guru you can find, anywhere, at any price.The whole guru, coach and the latest fad, information marketer 'scamdustry' just makes my skin crawl.If they were as good as they claimed, they couldn't afford the cut in pay to become a guru or a coach or an information marketer.

They contact person is saying the property is still for sale.The property has been vandalized while it has been sitting.the contact person is asking $8000 for the property claims it needs $15000 in repairs and is valued at $49, 500.I couldn't find any information on the property under the county assesment.

You can probably make a claim against your property insurance for loss of rent if you want to be reimbursed for the money you're reimbursing to your tenants.

I look at things this way, if a tenant has renters insurance and the owner has homeowners insurance in the event your home burns down the tenant isn't placing a claim on on the structure and getting a paid for it.
