I realize there is A LOT to learn, however, that is not above my capabilities.It is my intention to build a company which utilizes integrity and honesty helping the community with creative Real Estate solutions to achieve my financial success and stability.It is my goal to actually retire in 5 to 7 years and be able to do the things which retired people do, such as take my wife on a vacation (which we have never done & she is already retired), and just relax in general.This site was referred to by another investor contact previously in another venue, I came to check it out and I like what I see so here I am.

The remediation company will not give an absolute move out recommendation, because they refer to a third party company for environmental assessment (minimum 300-1200 not covered by insurance), but the tech has indicated it would be a good idea for them to move out for 5-7 days.

If people want market value, call them back and explain your running a business and unfortunately at this point in time you do not have anyone who can offer them market value, however if they ever want to sell quickly for a discount, they should keep your mailer for future reference

I'm planning on purchasing more real estate in the near future when I sell my commercial building, and would like to talk with potential future property managers in the Kirkland, WA area.I've been referred to the big companies and certain real estate broker offices as well, but it seems their fees are all over the place.
