I'm following the steps in the link below.https://medium.com/keycafe/und...Anyway, I'm making progress but now hit a bump in the road in trying to get my "certificate of use (CU)"; so for me to get this I first need to submit a building permit application for remodeling requesting a "change of use" to "condo-hotel".

Those are the slides that I usually have to cut out of my monthly video (you can find it on my BP profile page), so here is what I would say to them specifically.Things will NOT go back to full normal quickly; we have already entered the recovery phase as shown in the June 5th improved unemplyment numbers and we will probably see a swift recovery in Q3 quickly up to 90% of where we used to be.

Please make sure the permits were actually completed and not just "in progress" or "expired" to make sure it was done to code.
