They have touchy, picky macerator toilets; many areas and marinas are strict (NDZ) no discharge zones so you can't use an onboard waste treatment system - instead you have to use a tank and have regular pump outs.

I'm taking a big risk on my current project which I believe in wholeheartedly but until I get the right JV partner(s) on board I'm kind of hanging.

I would love to do some airtime as a passenger enjoying the views.

I'm 25, getting married soon and already have my fiance on board to getting our first multi-family rental property on an FHA.

Someone getting a title company on board with doing something doesn't move the needle on this topic.

If the vehicle is a private passenger (sedan, coupe, etc.) it is even higher under the business auto rates.If you are the only one driving it for business (no employees) and you are using it for back and forth to the Job Site/Property, there are some Personal Auto policies that will allow for that business use.

Made it clear that I had no clue if it was going to work or not) to drive around with our door size magnets one on the driver side and one on the passenger side and a third bumper magnet for about 6 weeks.
