Hi guys,I just got my taxes done by my accountant and it turns out that I have to pay over 3K for 2014 (yes I was waaayyy behind but finally got my act together and pulled everything into an accounting package).

So, for example, an iron railing would not be Equipment, but an appliance package would be. 

Essentially you go to a free one then they get you to sign up for a $2,000 one then they get you to sign up for packages ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 I believe it is.

We are looking for info on how we would finance/buy a package deal of investment properties? 

You can go down to the clerks office, fill out a form and a week or so later get a package of documents on the property regarding violations, permits, etc...

So some lenders might make their portfolio loan package designed for residential investors.  

Is there a way I can buy a blog post package for like $100 or $200? 

@Rameez Balagamwala @Andrew Kerr touched on the main issue with the bank underwriter always taking the conservative route.I faced this issue when I was living in a property and wanted to purchase one 3 miles away and move into the next property using an Owner Occupant rate and 10% down, the bank underwriter flat out stated they didn't see me moving from the class A+ new construction property to the class B- property, I replied that I would not be committing mortgage fraud to get a 1.25% reduction in the mortgage rate.We agreed that I would sign the Owner Occupant Affidavit as a part of the loan package stating I would live in the property within 60 days of closing and would not move or rent the property within 12 months of closing.

I offered $2.6 for this package last month. 

Market Rent should be 1200 and the trailer needs around 15K in renovation which includes a new packaged unit Heat Pump.
