I have 2 vehicles and 2 homes in my name along with other credit cards for rehabs. 

I have about 80k in other debts not counting the mortgage which include: vehicles, student loans, credit cards and a roof that I just financed for 0% interest for 12 months. 

Also if they park on the premises, get every make, model, color and year and the license plate number of each vehicle.#6 - Get copies of all keys to the units and on your final walkthrough before you close escrow VERIFY THAT ALL KEYS WORK! 

And new car companies like Rivian, Lordship motors are here because they positioned themselves to be close by (economies of scale).The local economy here is different than 2008.

Is replacing a motor, that just went bad due to age, on a hot tub in a rental home the responsibility of the tenant or the owner/property management?
